DESCRIPTION:Question\, Persuade\, Refer (QPR) Gatekeeper Training is an evidence-based suicide prevention strategy that occurs when a trusted adult intervenes with a child on the brink of crisis. This training will aid school staff in learning the warning signs of those in crisis\, how to offer hope to those in crisis\, and how to get help & save a life. QPR is rated ‘E’ – for EVERYONE: teachers\, paraprofessionals\, parents\, families\, coaches\, any leader who spends time with youth should have this information! \nB-HERO will offer this training FOUR times throughout the 2026-2027 School Year – October 13th\, December 8th\, February 9th\, and April 6th.
