DESCRIPTION:Every educator works to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment for their students. This course focuses on how educators can reduce barriers to learning and increase motivation to achieve by: creating clear expectations\, managing disruptive students\, and creating positive relationships. At its heart\, the CHAMPS approach is designed to help teachers create and implement a classroom management plan that is proactive\, positive\, and instructional. \nThis training will be offered in TWO locations – Fargo with a presenter and Grand Forks via Zoom!
