DESCRIPTION:LEARN HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR FRIENDS\, FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS \nMental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a virtual training hosted via Zoom that teaches you how to identify\, understand\, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You’ll build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support. \nUpcoming Training Dates offered from 8:30am-3:30pm: \n\nJune 26th\nJuly 10th\nJuly 24th\nAugust 7th\n\nThere is approximately 2 hours of prework required that can be completed throughout the week prior to the class.
